Australia Post Shipping 
For all deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post ($15.00 for Express or $10 for Standard Post, FREE for orders over $350). 

Please note all sale stock is held centrally at our warehouse.  Please allow 3 business days for any sale stock held at our warehouse to picked and packed prior to shipping.

For all International shipments, we charge a flat rate of $40 up to 2.5kg.  Shipping rates over 2.5kg will be determined by the weight and size of the order.
 
FREE Collection Locations
Your online order received by 12pm daily will still be processed, picked and packed through our online boutique and warehouse, however instead of being shipped out with Australia Post your order can be collected from our Narrabeen boutique.



SHIPPING TIME
Delivery for orders placed by 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Aust Post E-Parcel within Australia, or shipped via Registered Post International (length of time varies according to destination please allow up to 10 business days) that same day. Please note that sale items are located at our warehouse and you should allow 2-3 days for these items to be transferred from the warehouse before being posted.

For orders placed after 12:00PM we cannot guarantee same day despatch via overnight express within Australia or via Registered Post International.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.


Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Elysian Collective will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

Please note that there may be some shipping delays during sale periods.  We will endeavour to meet timeframes where possible, however due to the volume of orders received we do appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note: Elysian Collective cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 3-5 business days for delivery.

    I've just placed an order! When should I expect to receive it?

      Your order will be processed and sent the same day if your order is received by 12pm EST Monday to Friday. We use Australia Post on all Australian orders. Once you receive a dispatch notification your parcel should arrive within 1-2 business days pending on which option you chose for delivery. Please note as sale stock is located at our warehouse, please allow 2 - 3 days to transfer from our warehouse, in addition to shipping time.

      Help! I am in between sizes and not sure what size to order.

      We understand that size and fit can vary between brands, and when ordering online finding the correct fit can be tricky.  We are to help - please give us a call in store on 02 9913 7841 to assist you determine your best size, or alternatively contact us online via our chat window.  On the occasion where you order multiple sizes to ensure the correct fit, we are happy to refund one of the sizes to alleviate the issue of exchanging sizes.

        Express Post (1-3 days delivery, dependant on location) $15.00

          Oh no! My item is not quite right - what should I do?

            We are so sorry to hear! Please note we don't offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision, however we are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for another item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

             

              Am I able to exchange an online item in one of your stores?
                Yes - if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange.

                        I would like to pre-order a particular style. What is involved?
                          We offer pre-order on exclusive pieces that we have limited units in. This means you will be able to secure your size before the release date. You will be required to pay the total amount due at the time you place your pre-order. Please note whilst we can not guarantee an exact date of arrival, and can only given you an estimate, we will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible. Our returns policy remains the same for pre-orders and we are unable to provide a refund for change or mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.


                          Do you ship internationally?

                          Yes we do! We offer delivery to all our international customers which takes approximately 3-7 working days depending on your location. We charge a flat fee of $40.00 up to 2.5kg weight.

                          Taxes: Elysian Collective can not not be held responsible for any extra charges that may be applied to your order by customs.
