REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Refund and Exchange policy is strictly within 14 days of purchase by first requesting an authorisation. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of purchase.
For full priced items, we will happily offer you a credit note which will not expire. We do not offer refunds. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your return.
We are unable to accept goods that are not in their original sale condition. All swing tags must be on your item.
We understand that size and fit can vary between brands, and when ordering online finding the correct fit can be tricky. We are to help - please give us a call in store on 02 9913 7841 to assist you determine your best size, or alternatively contact us online via our chat window. On the occasion where you order multiple sizes to ensure the correct fit, we are happy to refund all but one of the sizes to alleviate the issue of exchanging sizes.
Faulty items are refunded or exchanged on approval from the manufacturer and where possible, a replacement will be sent pending approval from the manufacturer. Elysian Collective is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items and requests to investigate such is sent via the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this claim to be processed.
For items that have been purchased on Pre Order we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind once the order has been placed. We are happy to offer store credit only in these circumstances.
We are happy to offer an exchange for another item, or issue an e-Boutique credit note for any item that is sold as a sale item online unless it is discounted at 50% or more of the original price. These items are regarded as FINAL SALE.
"Sale Items" are listed as anything other than a full Recommended Retail Price Paid and thus include percentage discounts, dollar discounts, promotional codes, flash sales, gift with purchase, buy one get one free, etc. etc.
Items listed under "final sale" are drastically reduced and late season stock and therefore cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged unless assessed as faulty (faulty as otherwise listed).
Currently we use Australia Post as our postal carrier, offering either Standard ($10) or Express postage ($15).
Orders received prior to 12pm Monday to Friday will be prioritised and sent the same day, if express post is selected. Any orders received over the weekend will be posted the following Monday. Please note that any sale items that are held at our warehouse may incur 1 - 2 days delay while stock is transferred to our store from our warehouse.
Orders where postage is selected as Standard Post ship standard freight, allow up to 5 working days for the east coast of Australia (WA & SA customers may also require shipping over the weekend to reach their destination).
International shipping timelines is a guideline only, due to several suppliers managing international deliveries and import, tax, duties and factors that may affect shipping country specific, we cannot be held responsible or liable for items that ship outside of the 10 working day guideline.
The cost of the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with Signature on Delivery as postage. This ensures your item is trackable and secure. Lost or Damaged returned parcels are not the responsibility of Elysian Collective.
INTIMATES AND EARRINGS
In order to protect our customers, we can not accept returns (refunds or exchanges) on underwear or earrings, unless assessed as faulty. Please select your underwear and earrings carefully.
For all swimwear, customers must first try on items wearing undergarments. If approved to return, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. All swing tags must be in place.
E-Gift Cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and can only be used either online or within our boutique.
BUY NOW PAY LATER WITH AFTERPAY
We do not offer lay-by online but we do offer Afterpay.
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for
$200, you pay 4 instalments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order straight away.
