The most photogenic length at a beach wedding. In golden afternoon light, a fluid maxi in silk or linen moves with the breeze in a way that no other length matches. The old warning about maxis collecting sand is overstated, fluid fabrics in silk and linen don't pick up sand with normal walking.

Mini

The "no white" rule is more sensitive at beach weddings than almost anywhere else.
