Australia Post Shipping
For all deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post ($15.00 for Express or $10 for Standard Post, FREE for orders over $350).
Please note all sale stock is held centrally at our warehouse. Please allow 3 business days for any sale stock held at our warehouse to picked and packed prior to shipping.
For all International shipments, we charge a flat rate of $40 up to 2.5kg. Shipping rates over 2.5kg will be determined by the weight and size of the order.
FREE Collection Locations
Your online order received by 12pm daily will still be processed, picked and packed through our online boutique and warehouse, however instead of being shipped out with Australia Post your order can be collected from our Narrabeen boutique.
SHIPPING TIME
Delivery for orders placed by 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Aust Post E-Parcel within Australia, or shipped via Registered Post International (length of time varies according to destination please allow up to 10 business days) that same day. Please note that sale items are located at our warehouse and you should allow 2-3 days for these items to be transferred from the warehouse before being posted.
For orders placed after 12:00PM we cannot guarantee same day despatch via overnight express within Australia or via Registered Post International.
If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.
Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Elysian Collective will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
Please note that there may be some shipping delays during sale periods. We will endeavour to meet timeframes where possible, however due to the volume of orders received we do appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Please note: Elysian Collective cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

I've just placed an order! When should I expect to receive it?
Your order will be processed and sent the same day if your order is received by 12pm EST Monday to Friday. We use Australia Post on all orders. Delivery times are dependant on Australia Post.

We are so sorry to hear!
For any full price online orders we are happy to offer you a refund (less 5% if purchased via AfterPay, and less 2% if purchased via credit card. These fees are charged to us on each transaction which we absorb with purchases, except in the event of a refund).
Sale items that have not been reduced to 50% or less of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) can be returned for store credit. Any items reduced to 50% or less of the RRP are deemed FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.

Am I able to exchange an online item in one of your stores?
Yes - if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange.

I would like to pre-order a particular style. What is involved?
From time to time we are able to offer PRE ORDER - the perfect way to secure your size in highly sought after pieces. PRE-ORDER is normally offered on popular styles that are quickly sold out, where a limited recut is offered.
Please note whilst we can not guarantee an exact date of arrival, and can only given you an estimate, we will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible. Protracted production time frames, workers strikes, shipping / customs delays are factors that could potentially impact the expected arrival date, and should be considered when placing a pre-order style. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
As we order our pre-order stock pertaining to customer demand, we are unable to cancel an order once placed or provide a refund for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size. We are however happy to offer a store credit for any returns if, once received, you find the item is not quite right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer delivery to all our international customers which takes approximately 3-10 working days depending on your location. We charge a flat fee of $40.00 up to 2.5kg weight.
Taxes: Elysian Collective can not not be held responsible for any extra charges that may be applied to your order by customs of your country. It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain if taxes / duties apply to the purchase, and to meet the costs themselves upon delivery.
